I originally bought one for my daughter for Christmas and over her Christmas break trying it out, she had some questions concerning it not being able to do some of the things she wanted to do so I emailed Wolvol and wow were they AWESOME! always responded with a quick response, answered all my questions and before I could even ask, they were sending me out a new one with everything on it that my daughter wanted and gave me exact direction on sending back the other one with no questions asked.also delivery was speedy, I ordered it one day and we had it by the third day, it was so quick I couldnt believe it. one thing is they do not ship it in it's orginal packaging for faster shipping so if you need the box,you will have to request the box. yet again very accommodating.My daughter and I are so thrilled with this product and their customer service, I am thinking about buying one for myself.
